Refund Policy

At Disapamok.lk, we provide lifetime access to our digital courses upon successful payment. However, under limited and valid circumstances, a refund may be requested:

Eligible Refund Situations:

  1. Duplicate Payment: Excess payment for the same course will be refunded after verification.
  2. Technical Error During Payment: If charged without access, contact us within 3 days for a refund or resolution.
  3. Course Access Failure: If you can't access a purchased course due to our platform's fault and it isn't fixed within 5 days.
  4. Accidental Purchase (within 24 hours): If you haven't accessed or downloaded content, you may request a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Changed your mind after starting the course
  • Expectation mismatch (course previews are available)
  • Courses bought during promotions or discounts
  • Requests made more than 3 days post-purchase (unless technical issue is proven)

How to Request a Refund:

Email us at support@disapamok.lk with the following details:

  • Your full name and email address used on Disapamok.lk
  • Course name
  • Transaction ID or payment receipt
  • Reason for refund

We’ll review your request within 3–5 working days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the terms above are not met or in case of policy abuse.
